The first session “China-Africa Medicine and Health Development Forum" was held at Changsha International Conference Center in the morning of September  27. Our general manager Pang Jie and sales director Chen Lingxi were invited to participate.

      This forum is the first supporting forum in the field of medicine and health in China-Africa Economic and Trade Expo. It is aimed at promoting China-Africa development of medicine and health and building a China-Africa Health Community".Xie Weijiang, Vice Governor of People's Government of Hunan Province, Xie Yajing, First Class Inspector of the West Asia and Africa Department of Ministry of Commerce of China, Michel Sidibe, Special Envoy of Africa Medicine Administration, and Yang Liu, Deputy Secretary of CPC of SINOPHARM all made a speech for the forum.Envoy Michel Sidibe expressed that the pandemic has exposed Africa’s vulnerability of ensuring access to vital medicines, vaccines and health technologies. He wishes that China and Africa could further speed up the cooperation under the initiative of “Belt and Road” and implement the outcomes of the Beijing Summit of the the Summit forum on China-Africa Cooperation, especially the outcome of health action. And he believes that China’s expertise will bring more added value to African pharmaceutical industry.

       In recent years, with the steady progress of cooperation between China and Africa in various fields, medical and health cooperation has gradually become one of the hotspots of China-Africa cooperation. With the steady implementation of the follow-up measures of the Forum on China-Africa Cooperation, the development of China-Africa medical health cooperation has entered into a fast lane, and the forms of cooperation have become more diverse. As a member of Sino-African trade, we Beinuo Pharmaceutical will actively respond to the spirit and various measures of the forum, transform from a traditional trade-oriented company to a combination of trade and investment enterprise gradually, and keep on improving our own capabilities and supporting facilities so as to support African countries better deal with the challenges of epidemic and contribute ourselves to China-Africa medicine and health cooperation.
