The 2018 annual working conference of Beinuo Pharma was held at Jinling Hotel on Jan 18, 2019. All the employees attended the conference.

At the conference, Wang Hongfei, the chief financial director firstly made a summary report on the finance of 2018, and comprehensively analyzed the company's operations in 2018. Then Mr Pang Jie, the general manager, made a summary report on the work in 2018. Meanwhile, he provided a deployment strategy and guidance for the key work in 2019. The convening of the company's annual conference has deepened the employees' understanding of the company's strategic planning, improved their understanding of the company's development, and further clarified the new year's work priorities and efforts. After working conference, there came the commendation conference. Outstanding salesmen and employees in 2018 were rewarded with more valuable cars and bonuses.
