Our company general manager Mr Pang jie, was invited to participate in the online discussion about the situation judgment of the pharmaceutical and chemical industry and enterprise’s countermeasures during the epidemic

Since outbreak of epidemic, all walks of life have been affected, including pharmaceutical and chemical industry.  According to this kind of situation, China Chamber of Commerce for Import & Export of Medicines & Health Products (CCCMHPIE), PHARNEX organized online discussion, session phase IV in order to understand the various problems faced by enterprises about reverting working, give feedback to ministry of commerce systematically and seeking for practical solutions.

At the meeting, our general manager Pang jie was invited to make a speech, he mainly reported the impact of the epidemic on our main overseas markets, including shrinking business in many markets, limited transportation and increased trading risks etc. Although the current situation is not optimistic, he has the confidence to lead our company through the crisis.

Other participants included Shanghai Acebright Pharmaceuticals Group co., LTD., European STADA, Sanofi, Japan Itochu, American Abbott, and Shanxi Hanjiang Pharmaceutical Group etc. They also outlined and Summarized their difficulties in this situation. After that , (CCCMHPIE), PHARNEX collected information and submitted to department in charge

in order to help stabilize the status of Chinese medicine in the international market.

In the end, CCCMHPIE vice president Tan shengcai summarized the discussion. He said that the entrepreneurs had gone through so many difficulties, and he was deeply moved by their efforts to solve their own problems. According to the reported situation, he showed great confidence in china’s pharmaceutical industry. The enterprise’s resumption of work and ability of crisis handling are very good, which strengthened his confidence in saying it to international organization

that the pharmaceutical international trading situation maintains stable. The industry and government should give more support and focus over anti -coronavirus. Foreign businessmen place great hopes on china. He believes the difficulties will pass soon and will give feedback of any comments in time. It’s welcomed for continuous communication and exchanges, and he will strive for more support from the government.
