Worldwide CPhI India 2016 was held in Mumbai, India, from 21^st to23rd November 2016. It was hosted by UBM Live Company. It was a new and grand event in South-Asian market after CPhI Worldwide, CPhI Japan and CPhI China. Since the exhibition was held, the prosperous Indian pharmaceutical market has attracted a lot of attention from manufacturers and traders around the world, especially from those in China.

Seven exhibition halls were set up this time and it attracted more than 1,100 companies from 95 countries and regions including China, France, Germany, Italy, Britain, the United States, Japan, Singapore and so on, among of which 276 companies come from China. Main exhibits are pharmaceutical raw materials, intermediates, fine chemicals, Pharmaceutical Package (capsules, glass bottles) and machinery (separator). 32,000 visitors attended the exhibition and most of them are  manufacturers and traders from India, Pakistan, Bangladesh and other South Asian region .

We met with more than 100 new and old customers from more than ten countries. The business varies from pharmaceutical intermediates, pesticide intermediates, dyes pigments, spices to APIs, preparations and other products. Thanks for the exhibition, we promoted ourselves a lot. Besides, our customers confirmed orders with us more than 200 million US dollars in the exhibition. Moreover, it deeply strengthened our company’s position as a leading supplier in India.
